Welcome to TradeMax. Please read these terms carefully before using the app. Downloading, installing, or using TradeMax constitutes acceptance of these terms.
1. Service Description
TradeMax is an AI-first conversational trading assistant for iOS. It provides market data lookup, AI analysis, multi-agent Agent Team collaboration, position viewing, and monitoring features.
2. Investment Risk & Disclaimer
Important: TradeMax is not an investment adviser. It does not provide personalized investment advice.
- All information, AI-generated analysis, monitoring alerts, and reports in the app are for reference only and do not constitute investment advice.
- Financial markets carry significant risk. Past performance does not predict future results. You may lose all of your capital.
- Any investment decision should be based on your own independent judgment and professional consultation.
- TradeMax, its developers, and team are not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from use of this app.
3. AI Content Disclaimer
TradeMax generates answers using third-party AI models (Anthropic, OpenAI, DeepSeek, MiniMax, etc.). AI may:
- Provide outdated or inaccurate information
- Misread market data
- "Hallucinate" non-existent facts
Independently verify any AI output, especially for content related to financial decisions.
4. Your Responsibility
- Safeguard your API keys and device access.
- Use read-only exchange API keys only. Do not grant trading or withdrawal permissions.
- Comply with the laws and regulations of your jurisdiction, including tax reporting, trading compliance, and crypto-asset regulations.
- Do not use this app for any unlawful purpose, including market manipulation, fraud, or money laundering.
5. Third-party Services
TradeMax integrates multiple third-party data sources and services (exchanges, market data providers, AI vendors). These services are operated by their respective owners. Their terms of service apply when you use them. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or security of third-party services.
6. Intellectual Property
The TradeMax application code, design, brand, trademarks, and documentation are owned by the TradeMax team. Reproduction, modification, distribution, or reverse engineering without written permission is prohibited.
Content you enter in the app (chats, notes, etc.) remains yours. TradeMax processes it only to provide the service.
7. Costs
TradeMax itself is free to download and use. You are responsible for:
- AI provider API usage fees
- Exchange API fees (if any)
- Cellular data costs (if applicable)
8. Service Changes & Termination
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate features with reasonable notice. Significant changes will be announced in-app or on this website. You may stop using and uninstall the app at any time.
9. Terms Updates
These terms may be updated. Significant changes will be announced prominently in-app or on this website. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall be resolved through friendly negotiation.
